Jody Ferdig is known throughout the industry for her sultry and brash style as "The Mae West of the New Millennium”, known by her peers as the infamous "Red Devil”, and once known to countless disappointed perverts as "The Worst Stripper in America!”. One thing’s for sure, this girl is known.

No stranger to comedy, Jody worked her way through the Houston circuit. Told by many comedy club bookers that "Gash ain't funny", she took to the road to squash this ridiculous assumption of female comics. Starting in open mics then logging countless miles across the country as a road comic, her diligence and tenacity proved right and soon led to opening for such headliners and legends as Rodney Dangerfield, Dave Chappelle, Ron White, George Lopez, Margaret Cho, Mitch Hedberg and Ralphie May.

She left Houston for Los Angeles where she's since filmed two pilots for VH1, co-starred in an award- winning documentary about the life of a female comic called "Red White and Bitch," and she was a standout at the Marshall's Women in Comedy Festival.

She's been a farmer, a bulimic, baby gymnast, a fat cheerleader, a bartender/ lingerie model in a swingers club, and the drunken Chevy Chase of exotic dancing. She's been robbed, beaten up, beaten down, suicidal, and jailed. She’s been the life of the party and had the party almost take her life. Don't let this petite firecracker scare you; you get to hear the hilarity without the handcuffs from the safety of a comedy club near you.

Jody can be seen performing in Pretty Funny Women, the longest running all female stand up comedy show in the country. Lisa Sunstedt, the mastermind behind this wildly hilarious show boasts the best of the best and it’s no surprise this sassy redhead has found her place amongst this electric cast of Pretty Funny Women.

Stefanie Wilder-Taylor considers herself the consummate New Yorker. Born in Queens, she gave the city 2 years before deciding they didn’t
“get her” and headed for Los Angeles.
